Update not possible

Hello,

unfortunately, updating the “FontHero” plugin is not working. This is not the first time this has happened. Additionally, I find it quite annoying that I have to log in to your site separately for each new website to unlock updates for it. This is anything but customer-friendly. Perhaps you could, like many other plugin manufacturers, dispense with this… The license alone should be sufficient.

    This issue will only come after you used a license on a domain and migrate it to another domain. That’s why we have enabled Deactivate license button there, then you need to deactivate on new migrated domain and activate it again, it will sure activate,

    Otherwise you need to ask your hosting provider if they are having some blocking to “dplugins.com”,

    There will not be an issue with new or fresh installation.
