After making modifications to SCSS partials, the changes are not being reflected on the frontend. This issue was first reported several days ago and persists despite multiple attempts to update the files.

I’ve checked the site, and changed the Partial HEADINGS for the line-height of h1 in second rule, change it from “-.4em” to “-.2em” and it gets reflected in compiled CSS on frontend.
Now can you please explain what issue you are facing, are you asking about Live REFRESH, if yes, then you didn’t have it enabled in the features setting, I’ve enabled it and checked again. it is live previewing (hot reload) on frontend when changing values in any partial.

I’ve tested same as your video instruction and I found it is working well, Can you please check and confirm it with another browser, or disable any browser extension.
