I am trying to use WP Admin Cleaner to hide and re-arrange menu items but it is not working at all for me.
I have verified the license (deactivated and reactivated) and followed the YouTube tutorial.
As an example, I re-arranged the menu order for my superadmin account and it did not actually change the menu order although the WP Admin Cleaner interface retained the changed order (see attached screen capture).

You can close this ticket. I realized that the problem was with another plugin.
The other plugin was Admin Menu Editor, so OBVIOUSLY there was likely to be a conflict.
Don’t know why I had 2 menu editor plugins running at the same time. Sigh.
