Hello,
I had updated Winden to version 2.6.0 but I have had to revert to 2.4.1 due to multiple issues.
When I have the Oxygen Builder Plain Classes enabled in the settings, random styles are getting applied to LOCKED global classes. The most noticeable issue was text and background colors being applied to locked classes, for example H5, mt-8, overflow-hidden. As they are global classes, these changes were then displaying on the live website! Luckily, I hadn’t made too many changes and could work out which global classes had been impacted but it’s basically unusable now. I tried to disable the Plain Classes toggle but that then removed the ability to view and edit class settings in page Edit mode.
I’m able to use 2.4.1 version with Plain Classes disabled however, the Winden Style Guide screen no longer loads. This issue is resolved if I update to 2.6.0.
Thank you,
Katie

Can you please screen record the issue, it will help to find out it easily, i’ve tried to open in Oxygen editor and I couldn’t reproduce what you are saying, or I’m missing something.

When clicking on the heading which has a color assigned to the headline ID, the color then applies to the locked h5 class (which is also strangely displaying as class = state) but you can see in the Heading properties on the left that the color has now been applied to the h5 class. When I remove the color from the headline ID, the color remains because the h5 class has been updated with that color.
You can also briefly see the mt-8 locked class has also had the text-block ID color applied. I will include a link to another video that shows this more clearly.
I then click on a section which has a background color assigned to the ID and then click on another section which has a locked overflow-hidden class which then assigns the background color to the overflow-hidden class.
When saved, all of the locked class elements are updated with the incorrect settings.
Essentially any element that has properties set to the ID then applies the class that is displaying. It is absolute chaos unfortunately.
Page I used for demo – https://staging.withyouwithme.com/int-events/empowering-inclusive-workplaces-tools-and-strategies-for-lasting-change/?ct_builder=true
To replicate, click on one of the blue headings (e.g. Cia Kouparitsas) and you will see the Headline ID text color has been applied to the H5 class on click. If you click on the body text which has a text color applied and then click on another section that has a class displaying as default (i.e., not the ID), any styles applied to the ID will then apply to that class.
mt-8 example – https://5968541.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5968541/Oxygen%20Visual%20Editor%20-%20Empowering%20Inclusive%20Workplaces%20%E2%80%93%20Tools%20and%20Strategies%20for%20Lasting%20Change%20-%20WithYouWithMe%20and%2019%20more%20pages%20-%20School%20-%20Microsoft%E2%80%8B%20Edge%202025-02-04%2009-38-15.mp4
Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you, this seems to be fixed on staging now.
Hi Mohammad,
I’ve updated our Prod site to the latest version 2.6.1 which has PHP error logs enabled.
When I enable the ‘Use Tailwind CDN for Admin’ toggle under ‘Production Settings’, I get the following PHP errors displaying when I open a page in WordPress edit mode.
Warning: Undefined array key “tailwind_version” in/home/848903.cloudwaysapps.com/eadcyhvjkg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/winden/App/Assets/Providers/ProvidersHelpers.phpon line265
Warning: Undefined array key “tailwind_version” in/home/848903.cloudwaysapps.com/eadcyhvjkg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/winden/App/Assets/Providers/ProvidersHelpers.phpon line281
I’ve disabled the toggle for now on Production. Hopefully that’s not going to cause any issues.
Cheers,
Katie
Reported that to the dev team, and it will be resolved in next update, you need to wait for that or kindly disable the output of error_log on frontend.

Hi Mohammad,
Thanks, the PHP errors are not displaying after the latest update.
Just as a heads up – there seems to be a styling issue when the ‘Use Tailwind CDN for Admin’ toggle is enabled in Page Edit mode.
When it is DISABLED the icons to the right of the Page Element are displaying inline (horizontally) – https://5968541.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5968541/Screenshot_13-2-2025_94315_staging.forgeyourfuture.com.au.jpeg
When it is ENABLED the icons are displaying vertically – https://5968541.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/5968541/Screenshot_13-2-2025_94448_staging.forgeyourfuture.com.au.jpeg
Thanks again for the swift PHP fix.
Katie
Hi There, we need to have the CDN for admin enabled for the backend to not break the styles of Oxygen UI as well.
So enable it, and it will be good.

Hi Mohammad,
With the CDN for admin enabled – the styling of the icons is broken but that’s not the end of the world.
There stills seems to be layout issues with both the CDN for admin enabled and disabled. Below is a video showing what happens when I click on an accordion element and another video showing a Section > Div > Image & Heading being added but not displaying in the correct hierarchy. If I move the accordion element around it fixes itself and is ok on save, same with the Session hierarchy but this didn’t happen before the recent updates and makes it really hard to build new sections.

Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi both the issues are coming from OxyMade, I’ve confirmed it, and it should be updated from Oxymade itself because the plugin is outdated at the moment even after Oxygen proceeds ahead.
I’ve checked with Oxygen only, and all the things are working fine.
