Hi there,
I changed settings in WP Cleaner on a staging site I’m working on – basically trying to hide everything but a single plugin, Amelia.
As you can see the “deactivate cleaner” button has disappeared in the top menu bar, together with the user log-out menu.
I’ve tried deactivating (via FTP) and reactivating the plugin (via the dashboard) but the issue remains.
Any ideas?
Thank you..
p.s I don’t know what purchase ID is and field below only accepts numbers. My licence code is cc2c49c10989a10445641d9da391ab31

I worked out the issue by setting up another WP admin user to investigate what I might have done. I presume I hid the secondary top bar and tools – removing anyway of accessing Admin Cleaner.
But I found a solution by copying the De-Activate cleaner link from the new admin and pasting it into the old one.
Best wishes,
Derek
Should I close the ticket if resolved ?
