Dear Support Team,
We have taken over a site from a customer. The previous dev has left his stack (Oxygen, Swiss KNife and other Plugin) but we would need to purchase our own licenses. So one of them is Swiss Knife. Unfortunately, we are not able to deactivate the current license inside the dashboard. Clicking the button does a shot load on the page but results in nothing.
What can we do?

Hi Marco,
I have managed to delete the key from the db and set the status tu not activated. Then added my purchased key und now it seems to work fine. I can also deactivate and reactivate now.
