Devkit has its own key embedded within the plugin, and the key in dashboard never used, that’s why It shows inactive. Ignore that for now, we will implement another license system with our HOSTER plugin in future version of DevKit.
For a note, if you change a domain when Devkit is already installed on old domain, you need to deactivate the plugin and activate it again so that the new domain will also get updates.

I just downloaded the DevKit Pro plugin from my Dplugins customer panel to my computer. Then, I uploaded it to my website (onurozden.com.tr). However, the license is still not active, and the number of sites remains 0.
So far, I have done this for dozens of different client websites on different hosting companies over the past year. Now, I’ve tried the same process again from scratch on my own site, but the license still won’t activate. As a result, the websites I’ve installed it on can’t benefit from the latest updates and display a “Download unauthorized” error. I believe there may be an issue with license. Could you please look into this and resolve the issue?

Hi There, You see it inactive license in the dashboard because the key in your dashboard is never used, DevKit Pro is using its embedded within key only, that’s why it is showing INACTIVE.
If there is an issue of Download Unauthorized anytime, you can just deactivate the DevKit Pro and activate it again, and it will get updated with success. If still not, kindly open a ticket again when it happens, without updating it manually.
As the site you mentioned above, does have the latest version, so I can’t check if there is an issue or not.

downloaded the Devkit Pro plugin from my panel and have installed it on many sites over the past year. HOWEVER, my panel still shows 0 sites and status is inactive. Why do you keep ignoring this and denying support instead of helping?
As mentioned above, the license key shown in your dashboard is never used, because we didn’t have license key input in DevKit Pro, and that’s why you can’t manage the sites you have DevKit Pro installed,
We use an internal key to get updates from within plugin automatically, not any key input. I don’t know why you didnt’ get it yet, I’m not denying support, but as always, it is mentioned clearly in documentations,

I downloaded the plugin and uploaded data from over 10 different sites a long time ago, but it still shows as “never used.” And i can’t upgrade due to unauthorized error
The key shown in your dashboard is never used, that’s why it shows INACTIVE, ignore that part.
It should update on a any new domain, if it is getting unauthorized, kindly deactivate the plugin and activate again, it will get update successfully, if still not getting update, kindly open a new ticket with login details of that site. Maybe there is some hosting security issue,
