I don’t know how to showing the file manager in DevKit panel. In my case, file manager is disappear.

The file manager will be visible always, It should be available devkit page, top area, Beside Error Log.
If it is not there, kindly confirm if you have latest version 1.3.0, otherwise provide screenshot of what you see.

As provided screenshot, you are not getting the content in the file manager tab,
Kindly provide the admin login details of the website, via updating the ticket from dashboard or mail the login details. Don’t put the logins in the comment reply.

Have there been any updates regarding my issue?
Forwarded this already to the development team, as there is no error log in wp-debug and browser console, I coudn’t help debugging it myself.
The development team member who is assigedn to devkit is on leave, he will be available next week.
But what I can say for now, test a new instance on InstaWP or TasteWP and check if you can load it there, if yes, then the issue is with your hosting side.
