Blocks not Working

I have several errors that might conclude in one error so taht the wole plugin won’t work:

1. Creating a new block doesnt add it to the list in the FanCoolo editor. It shows only after refreshing the page and then twice with unique ids.
2. Saving takes a long time
3. regenerating doesn’t finish
4. In wp-content/plugins/fancoolo-blocks is only one of two blocks (nothing changed with this block, pure default)
5. No blocks ever show up in Gutenberg

Site should be “healthy”, might i have some incompatible Plugins?

any help is appreciated.
