Kindly follow the docs and mostly it is because you need to put a full URL including trailing slash, kindly see the tip at the bottom of this doc.

I don’t think tip #1 applies to my current challenge. Also, I’m already using the full URL.

Then please provide login access the above site with admin role, by editing the ticket and put the details in WP Login field, dont’ put it in reply as replies are public, only WP Login field and FTP details are secured to us (admins and you)…
