Hi there,

I have been charged for $39 for the plugin we’re no longer using.

There was no email notification before the renewal, neither we’ve received any invoice or receipt for the transaction.

I would like to request a full refund.

Also, is there is any auto renewal enabled on our account, please disable it immediately.
