I understand asking for refund but instead of replying the purchase details you send dispute that I don’t understand. Since you went dispute instead of sending you money back right away will wait for paypal to hand it.

I do not want a dispute – I just want a refund – the same day I purchased Swiss Knife Pro I could not figure out how to request a refund – I only ask PayPal to do it because I did not not know how to request a refund on your website – please keep in mind that I am not as good at understanding as I am up in years – please forgive me if I am creating problems I just want to let you know the software you have is just to confusing to me and that all.
