Dear Support,

I am writing to request a refund. Due to the nature of my client being a bank, and their contact being on vacation, I was only able to start on the project a few days ago, and thus began utilizing Winden recently. However, it has become apparent that Winden cannot be used for my project since I need to deploy it strictly within an Intranet environment without external connectivity, making the CDN option unviable for me. Furthermore, the necessity to press “Update” and create a task every time I apply new styles in the Bricks Builder severely disrupts my workflow. Regrettably, I must switch to using a different, small-scale framework suited to my project’s needs and request a refund accordingly.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,
Daniel Schmilinski

Thanks for reaching us, but I am really sorry because you are not eligible for the refund. We are respecting 14 days money back period that we and you agreed on the time of purchase. This period of time is more than enough for testing the product.

Your purchase date was 13th of March, and you requested the refund request on 9th of April.

    Closing this ticket now.

    Regards,
