I have 1 SCSS code block (not partial) that only has 1 comment inside. No other code. The error log has no syntax errors. When I enable it in the header or footer script location, I get the errors shown in the screenshot. ALL other plugins were deactivated, but i need to activate wpvivid.
Please tell me the solution, so I may fix all of my websites without bothering you. Thanks!

As on weekend the development team is not available, you can do one thing for now until we will see the solve this issue,
You need to uncheck the Create File… (https://prnt.sc/m_8Pxdo-xyTE)
then you don’t see this error.
On Monday, we will see the issue more deeply, if it is related to hosting environment or something else.
I’ve tested InstantWP & localhost and it is working fine there…

Yes, you can use FTP to zip the /wp-content/plugins/scripts-organizer/, download and use it at urgent basis,
