SCSS not working and not refreshing

Hello everyone, I am using script organiser for the first time on a project. I organised everything neatly into scss partials and into a single scss file to be generated. It works. But it doesn’t update. Even when I disable wordpress caching. I saved the partials and also the code file that includes the partials. Then I disabled and enabled again. Then I regenerated the files in settings. No luck. Tried with different partials. Nope. Did anyone have the same problem? I hope someone can help me otherwise I’ll have to go back to downloading and uploading scss files…
