when the plugin is download from hoster
there is the zip file, then a first folder name as the plugin, then another one name as the plugin.
When user upload the first zip level, it will fail.

Thank you for contacting us. Please share your setup as we don’t know how you are packing your plugin, is it hosted on github or you are uploading it as a zip file in your hoster main site?
Also sharing the main hoster site access would help as well.

you want an access to the main hoster site ?
If i go on my github, the release is well zipped, like one folder inside the zip
but if i download it from hoster i have 2 incepttion folders
