1. DevKit shows wrong “WordPress memory limit” if the limit isn’t explicitly written in the wp-config.php. You can find more information here https://gridpane.com/kb/wp_memory_limit-and-gridpane-wordpress-websites/
2. I think I had a support ticket months ago, about DevKit breaking icon alignment of third party icons in the main WordPress menu. Right now it breaks the icon of WP fail2ban for me.
3. I have a request for DevKit. I think it should change URL address on switching menu items. For example I opened “Server info”, and when I ctrl+r, it opens the “Plugin manager”.
4. Support website. This page https://support.dplugins.com/ shows three “create a ticket” buttons, but two of them lead to this page https://support.dplugins.com/ticket-is-created/.
Thank you.
1. This is not solvable because we couldn’t target every custom hosting settings, and couldn’t access them without having their API, the link you provided already suggested that you can edit the wp-config.php file manually for the same limit or above if needed.
2. One ticket if I remember that DevKit on its on admin page uses different font-family, other than that nothing I can remember for mis-aligned icons. or it may happened before I was handling tickets. For further resolution on this issue, we need a staging site so that we can check what’s happening or any plugin incompatibility. Or At least steps if it occurs with free plugins, for paid plugins we need staging site.
3. This is considered but not implemented and not at priority at the moment. May be implemented or not in future.
4. This is solved. Thanks for getting this in knowledge.

For mis-aligned icons install this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fail2ban/ and open DevKit, after that WP fail2ban’s icon should be bugged. That’s it, you can close the ticket. Thank you.
