please be so kind and let me know if I’m doing something wrong when I’m trying to upload multiple plugins at ones (exported also with the DevKit Pro 1.5.2).
This is what I get:

Bulk upload plugins needs separate plugins zip file. When you download bulk plugins from DevKit, and then you want to upload it later on the same site or different site, this is not able to install, as this is a limit of WordPress itself, it needs a zip file containing only one folder with the plugin slug/name.
So, it is bulk download for debugging things for multiple plugins at once, but you can’t upload bulk plugins folder inside a single zip like above. I hope I explain it well.
