Response is not a valid JSON response

Hello!

On my website bloggerpilot.com the plugin Plain Classes Gutenberg prevents Gutenberg from saving.

Gutenberg error:

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response

Chrome console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 () https://bloggerpilot.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/41643?_locale=user

Server Error Log:

19904#0: *18562530 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream

I tried to deactivate all plugins and have removed all code from my functions.php. Still the same error.
