I purchased your Collaborative plugin a few weeks ago to allow me and a client to develop an Oxygen Builder website at the same time.
I was also interested in your plugin’s ability to allow multiple windows to be open at the same time.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I’d hoped for, and there were quite a few instances where work was lost. There were some tasks that I ended up doing at least 3 times because the work kept ‘disappearing’.
If you could help me get the plugin working as it should, I’d be happy to keep it, but as it stands, I’m strongly considering requesting a refund.

We are working on a collaboration plugin update, but it is getting more than expected time. So you can wait till then, otherwise you can confirm for the refund, and I’ll do it.

Can you please provide a staging site with login details and steps to reproduce the issue. You can edit the ticket and put the login details in WP Login form field.
