Unable to download Swiss Knife from my account dashboard

Hi there,

Could you please check why the Swiss Knife download option is not available on my account.
When I click on the “View download for purchase” it goes to an empty page saying “Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.”

Could you please fix this issue.
