As it is saying HTTP error resource not found tagged 0.0.2, please check if there is a tag assigned according to the tutorial on https://docs.dplugins.com/self-hoster/github/
Also make sure, that when setting up the action you allowed all the permission to that action, otherwise it can’t read the tags.
