Admin Cleaner not showing submenu items, not able to change menu order

I have some issues with the Admin Cleaner. 1. It shows only the main menu items but not the sub menu items. 2. It won’t let me change the menu order.
Here’s a short loom video to illustrate my problem. Any idea what I can do? Thanks

    I’ve logged into the website mentioned.

    For me on Firefox Developer & Chrome, all thing is working fine.
