Sandbox link doesn’t work for client

Hello, I just purchased Sandbox (using company email [email protected]) and the preview link works for me but not for my client.

When testing in a private tab or a different browser, it seems to only work if I am signed in. If not, the URL parameters get stripped and it just loads the original page. See here to test:

It should load a feature table above the Integrations section mid-way down the page. But if you are not signed in, you are most likely redirected to the original home page and don’t see it.
