Hello. I am trying to run the update for the plugin. The license is correct and active but it says “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.”


I assume I need to log into the site or something to list my site as approved, or something like that. But the login doesn’t work and the password reset doesn’t sent me an email.

    If you are not able to login then please provide your email address that you used to purchase the license.
