Oxygen 3.9 Structure Bug

I Upgraded Oxygen 3.9 and Swiss 2.0+

Now, structure is messed up.

I cleared every cookie and cache from my browser and server cache. Nothing works. Help!

 

I cant even upload files to this support ticket?

    It is Oxygen 3.9 cache bug not swiss knifes.
