My account or my accounts with you

Sorry guys, I seem to have created 2 different accounts with you, and I somehow managed to partially lock myself out of one of them.

The one that I have full access to is this one: Go to https://dplugins.com/wp-login.php with the username [email protected] The attached screenshot is from this account.

The other one is critical. My login link is https://support.dplugins.com/registration/ and my username is Kampotwebs. From there I can navigate the support and create this ticket. But I cannot get to the main domain without getting redirected to the other account. Hence, I have no access to this account anymore, including the collaboration plugin.

Is there anything that can be done?
