I have submitted my ticket, but I didn't got any email notification as confirmation

General

Tickets are submitted as "Draft". 

Notification is send to us and we will:

  • Review the ticket if it's duplicated with other ticket or if it's for pubic or not
  • Assign the responsible developer
  • Assign ticket status

Once the ticket is reviewed and rest of the information are assigned we publish the ticket and you get notification about it.
