Double Purchase of Collab – Request to Cancel One

Thinking I was missing out on purchasing a lifetime deal for the collab tool, I hurriedly clicked the link from my email and made a purchase only to find out from my downloads page that I already have purchase a non expiring license of the collab tool.

I would like to request your support to cancel one and refund me if both purchases come with the same benefit.
