I’m unable to log in to the main site. I purchased the plugin Monday, Aug 16, at 4:19 PM, from the e-mail listed in the WordPress credentials. When I try to log in, it says it’s incorrect. When I try to recover my password, it says the e-mail does not exist. The option to create an account isn’t available anywhere except for the support area.

I included my e-mail address, Transaction ID, and Invoice ID in the WordPress Credentials field, as well as my Swiss Knife license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
