Auto Wrap into HOOK (plugins_loaded)

SCORG runs its snippets before any hook, therefore some code-snippets which are active plugins related, are fired before the plugin loads, like Oxygen Condition snippets, Woocommerce Remove Result Count and Sorting option filters etc.

I request a feature that to be a button in SCORG that auto-wraps the code in “plugins_loaded” hook and a priority field.
